Dreams--Where From?
I had the most unsettling dream last night. For some reason N and I decided that we would sleep in T and S's bed instead of our own! I had the niggling feeling that we really should ask permission before just doing this, but N didn't seem to feel it was necessary! My night in that bed was most restless. I was sure they looked in at one point and found us Goldilocks there. And the rest of the time, I kept thinking that I was going to have to apologize in the morning. It was awful.
And then, (often I'll wake up enough to realize it's but a dream), still in the middle of the dream, I realized to my great relief that the whole thing was a dream! I probably wouldn't have remembered a thing about it, except that when I came downstairs this morning, K began to recount an unsettling dream she'd had, and the whole thing came pouring back. Weird.
I really would never steal someone's bed without asking. . .
